This Privacy Policy explains how Milkman One ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website and services. By using Milkman One, you agree to the terms outlined in this Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part, that's okay—but you won't be able to use our services.
We take your privacy seriously. This policy breaks down what data we collect, how we use it, and what your options are to stay in control.
Information we collect
Non-Personal Data: We collect non-personal information, such as your browser type, language preferences, and the date/time of your visit. This helps us improve your experience and ensure everything works as it should.
Personal Data: When you interact with Milkman One (e.g., joining the waitlist, creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting us), we may collect:
- Name and email address
- Account credentials (hashed password or OAuth identifier)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe)
- Workspace content you create or upload — brand profiles, drafts, outlines, assets
- Access tokens for social accounts you connect (LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok)
- Other optional data you share with us (e.g., survey responses or preferences)
We don't share your personally identifying information publicly or with third parties, except when required by law.
How we use your information
- To provide and improve our services
- To process payments and deliver subscriptions
- To send you waitlist updates, product announcements, or important changes (only the ones you want)
- To publish content to your connected social accounts — only when you explicitly initiate
Your data, your control
We believe data control belongs to you. You always have the right to:
- Access a copy of your personal data
- Correct anything that's inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your data — see our Data Deletion page for the full process
- Restrict or object to specific processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time

Protection of information
Milkman One discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information only to those of its employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that:
- Have agreed to confidentiality obligations that prevent disclosure to others
- Need to know that information to process it on Milkman One's behalf or provide services available through the Milkman One platform
Some of these employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside your home country. By using Milkman One, you consent to the transfer of your information to them.
Milkman One does not rent or sell potentially personally-identifying or personally-identifying information to anyone. Outside of the parties mentioned above, we disclose such information only when:
- Legal Requirements: When required to comply with legal obligations or governmental requests
- Good Faith Belief: When we believe disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect rights, property, or the safety of users, third parties, or the public
We strive to handle your data responsibly and in line with best practices to maintain your trust and privacy.
Service providers we use
We work with carefully selected partners to run Milkman One:
- Loops (US, DPA signed) — waitlist signups and marketing/transactional email
- Supabase (EU) — database & authentication hosting
- Vercel (EU) — application hosting
- Stripe (EU/US, DPA signed) — payment processing
- OpenRouter (US) — unified API for AI model access
- LinkedIn, Meta, Google, TikTok — only when you explicitly connect those accounts
How we improve Milkman One
We use anonymized, aggregated usage data — feature interactions, click patterns, error rates, and performance metrics — to make Milkman One smarter over time. We train our internal systems on these patterns to improve recommendations, automate repetitive tasks, and refine our prompt templates.
This data cannot be tied back to you personally and is never shared with third-party AI providers for their model training.
We do not train AI models on your content — your drafts, brand profiles, prompts, or workspace data stay yours. AI generation runs through OpenRouter; we configure providers to disable training on inputs where this option is available.
Cookies
We use cookies, but only the essential ones — for authentication and basic site function. No ad tracking, no cross-site stalking. For more details, check out our Cookie Policy.
Analytics
We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics tool that does not use cookies or track personal data. Plausible provides insights on website performance while respecting your privacy.
